Hiring Drivers with CDL-A in Midland Texas!!

Job Summary:
The Driver is responsible for driving a vehicle.
Adhere to all driving related safety procedures.
Drivers will operate within DOT hours of service regulations.

  • Pay Rate: $18 - $22 DOE.
  • Rotation: 15 days on - 6 days off.
  • $30/day per diem.
  • Flights provided for rotators, mileage reimbursement available for those who drive, up to 300 miles one way.
  • Housing and meals provided at man camp for Midland-based assignments.
  • Class A CDL with no restrictions is required.
  • Segment: Cement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Primary focus is driving (approximately 70-75%).
  • Assist with loading/unloading product and equipment.
  • Connect hoses and assist with offloading at job sites.
  • Complete required HSE reports and maintain up-to-date certifications.

Experience & Skills:
  • CDL driving experience required.
  • Strong safety mindset.
  • Reliability and equipment care.

Certification / License Requirements:
  • Valid CDL with no restrictions required.
  • Hazmat endorsement preferred.
